I have been making this smoothie for over a year and I am still not sick of it! I have made slightly different iterations based on ingredients I have available, but the core of it stays the same. This smoothie has no added sugar and a healthy balance of good fats and protein making it PCOS friendly. When I start my day with this I feel full and have sustained energy through the morning with little to no cravings. I hope you try it out and enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Frozen Bananas
- 8 oz milk of your choice, I use unsweetened original almond
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, I use VITA-PCOS
- 2 tbsp of nut/seed butter, I use either peanut, cashew, almond, or tahini (no added sugar)
- sprinkle of cinnamon
Optional Add-Ins (I buy these through Thrive Market and have linked the products)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 packet Four Sigmatic: Think Elixir
- 1 scoop beet powder
