Addicted to this Smoothie

I have been making this smoothie for over a year and I am still not sick of it! I have made slightly different iterations based on ingredients I have available, but the core of it stays the same. This smoothie has no added sugar and a healthy balance of good fats and protein making it PCOS friendly. When I start my day with this I feel full and have sustained energy through the morning with little to no cravings. I hope you try it out and enjoy it!

This recipe makes a full glass I just already chugged half of it here. It’s just that good.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 Frozen Bananas
  • 8 oz milk of your choice, I use unsweetened original almond
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, I use VITA-PCOS
  • 2 tbsp of nut/seed butter, I use either peanut, cashew, almond, or tahini (no added sugar)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Optional Add-Ins (I buy these through Thrive Market and have linked the products)

And that’s it! Blend it all until smooth and enjoy this thick, creamy smoothie 🙂 Let me know if you try it and if you do anything different!
